- We will endeavour to despatch your footwear within ten working days from receipt of your order.
- Adapted footwear is non returnable.
- Split sizes/fittings are non returnable.
- All mens and ladies boots are non returnable.
- Trainer style footwear is non returnable.
- Footwear for re-stocking should be returned within 28 days and also be in a re-saleable condition.
- All documentation relating to the confirmation of orders should be clearly marked CONFIRMATION to avoid duplication of orders.
- Any duplication of orders as a result of the above will be chargeable.
- All goods remain the property of Kenward Orthopaedic Ltd until paid for in full.
